DVD Burning

Step 1: Buy DVDs
Buy empty DVD at your nearest shop. I cannot help you with the choise between DVD+R and DVD-R. DVD-R are more expensive, but if it works better then the other one, depends on your (portable) DVD player. Test it out first, before you buy.

Step 2: The downloader
Maybe you already have one, but you also need a torrent downloader like BitComet, BitTorrent, etc. Search for programs such as BitComet and download it. Does these programs are dangerous, or make your computer slow; when downloading a movie, album, etc. make sure you scan the file first with your virus scanner before use. (No virus scanner? Download AVG Free at http://free.avg.com)

Step 3: The search for torrents
You can type the following at Google:
[movie title] ([year]) torrent

But you can also use the torrent multi search of Party-Party.nl, which you can find over here. Save it as favorite/bookmark!

Step 4: The search for subtitles
For best results, search Google  for:
[Full movie name] subtitles

Then download this subtitle and store it in the same folder as your movie. Usually found under “C: / Downloads”

Step 5: Testing
First download and install DirectVobSub, with this program you can watch your movies in Windows Media Player with subtitles if the file name of the film is equal to the filename of the subtitle, without the extension (. Avi,. Srt,. Sub).

If the subtitle is equal to the sound, you can proceed to step 6.

Step 6: Create DVD
We’re almost at the end. You can add multiple movies on one DVD, with a max of 3 movies, for the best results. And make sure that films with a longer duration than an average movie take up more space.

Step 6.1 Download and install ConvertXtoDVD. This downloads with your torrent download program. It contains an installation, install this program. And it contains a keygen, that allows you to produce a serial code, so that you can use it for free. Files are found under “C: / Downloads”

Step 6.2
Open ConvertXtoDVD, press the green +sign and go to ‘C: / Downloads’, then to the folder which contains your movie. Fold this movie and you see ‘subtitle channel’ which should say ’1′ (external). If this is not the case, right click on subtitle channel and lookop for your subtitle file.

Step 6.3
You can now add multiple files by clicking the plus button.

Step 7: Burn DVD
Now add a blank DVD to your DVD burner drive. Now press the “Convert’ button. The process will take up to 1-2 hours, depending on the size of your movie files.

Step 8: Done!
When finished, DVD tray will open, and you’re able to test it on your (portable) DVD player.
