I promised to write a second part about the browsers, well here it is!
I’m using Firefox for two months now and I must say I really enjoyed working with it! This browser, created by Mozilla, is very fast and very good, and ofcourse very safe! Some websites didn’t even work well with IE8, that did work well with Firefox. For example my website and WordPress. There also are websites that only will work with IE8 that don’t work with Firefox like Windows Update and so, but that is not much!
I really enjoyed working with it, and I still use it very often. Microsoft still has a good position in the market what concerns IE8, and that will maintain, but Microsoft won’t take any risk and uploaded a new commercial about IE8, and even launced a new website!
The Dutch blog from Webdesigner Magazine wrote an article about marketing campain Browser for the Better that shows all the good things about IE8.

Internet Explorer from Microsoft is one of the most well-known browsers, under Windows-users. That’s because Microsoft always installs the browser within Windows, for over years. But this browser certainly isn’t the best. It’s the monopoly that Microsoft was creating over the years that was causing the immense populairity.You can’t stop this monopoly, can you?
Other browsers cannot get much popularity because of the big monopoly of Microsoft, and that’s why the creators of the other browsers like Firefox and Google Chrome are angry. They want Microsoft – of course – to stop the monopoly so that they can get more users.
People that do know that there are other browsers out there mostly say that other browsers like Firefox, Opera and Chrome are much, much better than IE.
Okay, they can say whatever they want, but you need to experience yourself! That’s why I’m going to use another browser. That’ll be strange because I’m using IE over a few years now, and the browser that I’m gonna use – Firefox – is differt than IE. Firefox – the browser from Mozilla – did got an award for the best browser. Well, than it MUST be good. I’ll keep you updated about me using the new browser

Something new I discovered at the amazing web. No MySpace, Hyves or Twitter, but Wakoopa. You become a member, download a tool and Wakoopa checks which programa you use and for how long you use those programs. All these information will be posted on a profile-page at the Wakoopa website. All the programs has there own page, were people can write reviews and comments. If you like the program, you write a postive review. If you hate to program, you write why you hate that program. All the other users, know simply what to expect when they want to buy or download that program.
Wakoopa also tracks which websites you visit. Not all of them – only the most popular such as Wikipedia, Google Search and MySpace. You can also write a review about them. Everybody’s on Twitter

Hypes come and go, and here is something new: Twitter. It’s the “new hype” according to the media, just like MySpace and Facebook were. No, Twitter is not yet another profile website; it’s one simple page that gives answer to the question: “What are you doing” The concept is very simple, and it’s intresting to know what your friends or family are doing at the moment.
I like hypes, and that’s the reason that I also have got a Twitter account at www.twitter.com/Mike123926 But I can’t promise to keep it up-to-date!
