Nowdays a must-have: a LCD-tv with a digital abbo. If you want more, there is also the HD TV’s with HD Abbos, but today we’re talking about digital, because Wednesday we were the proud owner of a completely new tv. A Philips again, but this time a LCD TV with a build-in digital receiver! That’s sounds great, doesn’t it. Well it turns out that te build-in digital receiver wasn’t build-in, but we had to order it, and it’ll come next week.
With this socalled ‘Common Interface’ you no longer need a digital receiver (we have three of them from KPN*) because this time, the digital receiver is inside your tv. Your program guide still excists, and you can edit whatever you want. I cannot really tell anything about it, because we haven’t received it yet – I’m really looking foward to it anyways!
